I finished a great read over Memorial Day weekend, and I’m finally getting around to sharing this great resource with you! As with the other books, this book too is one from the book list I shared in my INALJ blog post. This book is the sixth book from the list, and if you like “To Read” lists, this book is something you should check out!
The Big Book of Children’s Reading Lists by Nancy J. Keane is a great book for anyone in need of subject specific reading lists. I love the bookmarks in the back that have reading lists in various themes. I know that kids will love having the “If you like unicorns, try…” bookmark! I recommend this book for any librarian or teacher in need of book lists that they can use in the library and classroom. The book includes themes in language arts, science, and more! There are book lists for reluctant readers and boys as well. This is an essential resource for those wanting to know more about what books to recommend and read. Overall, I rated this book 4 out of 5 stars.
To know what else I read, feel free to follow and connect with me on GoodReads. I love gaining friends and seeing what others read!
