Due to the disappointing facts found in a recent study on Teen Reading, I felt it was necessary to discuss some ways to increase teen reading and library circulation. It’s been an underlying issue in libraries for the past few years, but I believe this will be a bigger and bigger problem in the future – that is, if we don’t try to help teens and readers of all ages find the joy and love of reading again (or for the first time).
